FAQ

Can I submit a song that I have already created?

No, you should create a new original song.

I have already submitted my track, but I would like to change it now. Can you help?

In line with §4.4 of the rules, you may update your submission once.

If I enter the contest, can I still share or promote my song?

You can always share your music wherever you like. You retain copyright, subject to the terms of the rules. Notably we would retain the non-exclusive right to feature your song in relevant YouTube videos, and social media posts, but so can you!

I don't want to do this anymore. Can I withdraw my submission?

Yes, you can withdraw the submission by emailing us. Please note that according to §4.4 of the rules, you will only be allowed to re-submit one time. If you withdraw a second entry then you may not submit any more. This is to simplify the judging process.

If multiple people collaborate on one submission, can individuals who worked on it submit their own tracks?

No, you can participate in only 1 submission.
